Carlton is Managing Partner at Goat Rodeo Capital - A venture capital fund focusing on early stage opportunities in the beverage alcohol space. In his own words, he is, "Constantly searching for the intersection of the interesting and the obvious." In turn this has led him from working in the Dept. of Homeland Security, to living in the Cayman Islands developing Hotels, back to school for an MBA, to Modesto to work for E&J Gallo, and finally to his current gig at Goat Rodeo.
